Well, you might wonder why I’ve chosen the word unprepared. Here are my thoughts and things I would have told myself before the hike.

Let’s start within, knowing your physical limits and how mentally prepared are you for this hike. Besides that, how much money you are willing to exchange for a bit of help.

There are porter services available for the hike, basically they provide their service to carry your bags and supplies through your hiking trip. It is charged depending on weight and make sure you waterproof them, else you are going to have a hard time when it rains.

Porters are severely underpaid there and it’s tough work. Just bear that in mind, before judging them when you are looking at their price list price 🏷

Here are two approaches you can plan for the hike, can use them interchangeably too!
